The HANSER eLibrary provides libraries with Hanser's e-books.
For select titles, the e-book (PDF) can be downloaded for free from Hanser Plus. The access code is included in the printed book.

Conditions & Information
Returns must always be approved in advance by the publisher. Please send your requests to fachbuch@hanser.de, including your account number and the books to be returned.

Delivery to a different shipping address
Books can be delivered to a shipping address that differs from the billing address. For this type of shipment, our shipping department charges a fee of 3.63 euros per shipment, which will be billed to the customer.
